Mrs Zanele Nokuthula Mdletshe – DIRECTOR

Crodie Projects (Pty) Ltd is led operationally by Mrs Nokuthula Mdletshe, a dedicated employee who motivates others. She enjoys working as a team and likes working under pressure. She takes criticism as a challenge.

Mr Christian Younger Mdletshe – DIRECTOR

20 years of teaching under the Department of Education affords him good listening and negotiating skills to bring to the table. Chris has certification in:

• Occupational Health and Safety - Oxbridge Academy
• Worked at Tisand Technical College assisting with Health and Safety in various workshops.
• Safety certificates accredited with NOSA
• Conducting Investigations and applying principles in the workplace
• OHSAS 18001 Implentation Training
• Worked with SOTHABA in supply of fresh produce, canned food, maize meal, rice, etc.
• Awarded jobs by Umhlathuze Municipality

Mr Philani Mthethwa – GM: OPERATIONS AND ADMINISTRATION

The day to day running of the business (Operations and Administration) is vested with Mr Philani Mthethwa who is also duly registered with PSIRA and has a grade A qualification.

Philani Mthethwa has more than 25 years of experience in Security Industry. He is an ex policeman of 13 years. Worked for PSIRA as an Executive in of Law Enforcement for 6 years.

He is a qualified lawyer with BJuris and LLB degrees. He Holds a Security Management Certificate from State Security Agency college to mention but a few of his qualifications.

Miss Nomzamo Khwezi Mthethwa – MANAGING MEMBER

Miss Mthethwa is duly registered with PSIRA and has a B grade.

Apart from B grade she holds a BCom (hons) degree from UJ. She is in charge of Business Finances and growth.
